SCAM 0trace Swaps Still Unpaid After Nearly 50 Hours

I completed 3 swaps through 0trace, but the funds still haven’t been sent after nearly 50 hours. Support has stopped responding, and I’m now about $10,000 out of pocket. was told support couldn’t verify the orders because the links are no longer working. The “Letter Guarantee” button also disappeared from the order screen after I sent the transaction.

Can someone urgently investigate both orders and explain what happened.
