Xgram advertises itself as an instant cryptocurrency exchange offering competitive rates. However, our test showed that the exchange rate changed after the transaction was initiated and the funds had been sent.
The initial exchange quotation displayed one rate and an expected amount. After we transferred the funds, Xgram recalculated the exchange and provided a significantly different amount. This change was not clearly disclosed before the transaction was completed.
As shown in the screenshots, the quoted rate changed between the initial exchange and the final transaction. This raises concerns about transparency, pricing accuracy, and whether users are adequately informed before sending their cryptocurrency.
Users should carefully review the final amount they will receive, check whether the rate is fixed or variable, and save screenshots of the quoted rate and transaction details before sending funds.
We conducted a test, and you can see the results below.
