Frozen Funds $12,000 Exchange Frozen on ETZ-Swap Despite No-KYC

I initiated a $12,000 exchange through etz-swap.com. The platform advertises a no-KYC, no-review service and claims to use its own liquidity reserves. However, after a full day, customer support told me the transaction was under review and that my funds had been frozen.

This appears to contradict the service terms presented to me when I initiated the exchange.

According to EtzSwap’s reply:

This claim is false. We have not requested KYC, identity documents, or personal information from this user. We can provide the full conversation, with private details redacted, to verify this.

We are working to resolve the user’s issue, but they have been unwilling to cooperate and continue making false claims. There is no factual basis for changing our KYC classification based on this case.

If the user continues spreading misinformation, we will decline to provide services to them in the future. Their current case will still be handled through the ongoing resolution process.

This isn’t my first time using the ETZ-Swap exchange service. The rate isn’t the best, and the final amount is always about 1% lower than the amount quoted in the request. That’s annoying, but tolerable.

Today, I exchanged 0.05 BTC for USDT (TRC20). I received 125 USDT less than the stated amount—that’s 4% of the promised payout. I contacted support, and they sent an additional 61 USDT. I wrote to them again to ask for the remaining 64 USDT, but received only vague explanations about the “high risk score.”

Draw your own conclusions, but keep this in mind: you could easily end up receiving 2–4% less than expected, even if the exchange rate is rising.
