I used Exolix and received coins that were later marked as stolen/phishing on Etherscan. Those coins were frozen on another platform, and Exolix admitted the mistake but refused to make me whole. I’m out $11,000 (paid in XMR) and now Exolix says they can’t help — they’ll only offer a replacement if I return the stolen coins, which I can’t recover.

If you must use them, test with very small amounts otherwise avoid: I don’t recommend their service, especially after reports that they leaked partner swap histories.
