Solved MoBit ETH Swap Still Unprocessed After More Than 24 Hours!

My ETH → XMR swap still hasn’t been processed, and it has already been more than 24 hours. I even contacted Trevoid, who said he would reach out to the admin. At this point, I don’t know whether I’ve been scammed, but this service seems completely unreliable.

I strongly advise everyone not to use it. My money is still in their hands, and I have received no meaningful support. The support section lists a Tutano email address what the hell? Do I really have to rely on email just to contact someone?

I’m done with this service. Refund my money immediately.

Thank you, Trevoid. Sorry for not updating here the case was resolved about two days later. I won’t be using them again. I learned my lesson. They didn’t scam me, but the swap took way too long, and I was in a hurry at the time. Lesson learned. Thanks, everyone!
