According to the account, even1206 (OP) ChangeHero allegedly placed 93,588.863044 USDT (ERC20) on hold after a user initiated an exchange from ERC20 to TRC20. The user states that the transaction was held immediately and that they promptly submitted all requested KYC/AML documentation. Despite completing the verification process, they claim that the funds remain withheld indefinitely, with ChangeHero providing only automated instructions to wait and neither completing the swap nor issuing a refund.
The user has reportedly issued a 48-hour final notice demanding either the release of the funds or a refund to the originating address, even agreeing to a standard 10% fee deduction.
